The Western Province holds Sri Lanka's highest land values. In premium Colombo areas like Cinnamon Gardens (Colombo 7), Kollupitiya (Colombo 3), and Bambalapitiya (Colombo 4), land prices range from LKR 3.5 million to over 6 million per perch. Suburban areas like Nugegoda, Maharagama, Battaramulla and Malabe command LKR 1.2M–2.5M per perch. In Gampaha district, Wattala and Peliyagoda are rising fast, while outer towns like Nittambuwa and Mirigama offer land from LKR 150,000–350,000 per perch.
